Our primary mode of operations is made to order for scheduled pick up, delivery and fresh overnight shipping. We do not batch in bulk, Every order is tailor made to your exact order size and selected varieties and made timed to come out of the oven within minutes of your scheduled pick up/delivery time.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year with scheduled fulfillment pick up times starting at 5am and running till as late as 11pm.

Any retail access hours offered are limited and made available at our operational discretion based on our existing order queues.

Batches made for retail are small batched in constant rotation and only replenished as depleted. Ensuring every bagel is always fresh no matter what time you walk through the door. Retail batch varieties are assorted as we do not make our full menu in store.

    We also offer curbside pick up. Call the store directly at 203-340-2414 when you arrive and let us know the make and color of your vehicle. Your order will be delivered directly to you curbside.

  • On some days we will batch for retail pop in. When we do we post it to instagram where small batch fresh from the oven assortments are made available for call in/walk-in purchase. Pop in is done based on availability within the existing schedule and has no set hours/days of operation.

  • Our entire menu is made fresh to order. Our bagels are small batched, kettle boiled, hand kneaded, shaped and rolled traditional & artisanal NY Style Bagels.

    We do not batch our bagels in bulk. The fulfillment of each and every single order is executed and timed to come out of the oven within minutes of the orders scheduled pick up time. FRESH FROM THE OVEN

    When an order is ready to be fulfilled, the bagel dough for your order size (by the 1/2 dozen & dozen) is made fresh. After going through its mixing, resting & proofing phases, your order is made to the selected flavor customizations applicable to your order and shaped. It then enters a final rest, retard & proofing stage before being kettle boiled, finished and baked.

  • We no longer batch for regular retail walk in hours at this time. On some days we offer fresh batched pop - in which is posted on instagram stories when we do. There are also dedicated holiday’s and events where the store is made open to the public where bagels are batched for retail walk in with no order minimums or pre order required.

From a very young age Britt took every opportunity to be in the kitchen

Pictured here is Britt, Age 5 with her older sister in their favorite Pizza Shop. Her excitement, curiosity and passion for food and creating was always so evident, she was often welcomed behind the counter to create a special slice of the day.

Be it cooking or baking for friends & family or dinner guests, Britt was keen on finding any way to share her creations and pretend they were her customers. Impressing many with her natural skill and ability to think outside of the box to create food that was not only delicious but unique and innovative. Little did she know that one day her dreams would come true when with the help of her husband, she used her passion to provide support and comfort to Frontline workers and her community at the height of and throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.
